No podran participar aquells concursants que van obtenir el Primer Premi en edicions anteriors. El Certamen está abierto, sin distinción de nacionalidad, a guitarristas hasta los 35 años de edad. No podrán participar aquellos concursantes que obtuvieron el Primer Premio en ediciones anteriores. The Contest is open, without distinction of nationality, to guitarists up to 35 years of age. Those contestants who obtained the First Prize in previous editions will not be able to participate.
