Ilya Ponomarev is a Social Democrat and a member of the State Duma representing the city of Novosibirsk. He was the only member of the Duma (out of 450) to vote against the Russian annexation of Crimea in February 2014. He is the chairman of the Duma’s Innovations and Venture
