In a bowl, add chicken strips, soya sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, black pepper, white pepper, and salt and mix it well. 2. Marinate it for 15-20 mins. 3. In a pan add oil, now add marinated chicken in it and cook until 90% done. Directions for Chow Mein sauce: 4. In a bowl add ketchup, chili garlic ketchup, oyster sauce, chili sauce, soya sauce, white pepper, red chili flakes, salt, and black pepper and mix well. Directions for sautéed vegetables: 5. In a pan add oil, now add capsicum, cabbage, carrot, and onion, and sauté for a minute. Directions for Chow Mein: 6. In a pan add water, salt, and oil. Mix it well when it starts boiling, and add the noodles to it. 7. Boil noodles until it’s 80% done. 8. Strain it through cold water and set it aside. Directions for Chow Mein: 9. In a pan add oil, now add garlic and cook for a minute. 10. Now add boiled spaghetti, sauté vegetables, and chicken and mix it well. 11. Now add chow Mein sauce in it and again mix it well. 12.
