👉🏼 Join us for the 21 Day Yoga Challenge: ✨ Starting 8th July to practice many asanas, meditations and learn the yoga philosophy. Important : If you have an any physical ailments, injuries or have had surgery in the last 6 months, please consult your physician before practising any kind of physical exercise including Yogasanas. We invite you this simple flow which has 3 parts : 20 minutes of asanas for physical health, 7 minutes of Yog Nidra for deep rest and 7 minutes of pranayama for mental and emotional health. This is a complete practice for overall health that you can practice every day! Things to Remember 1. Always practice on an empty stomach.
