Starman (movie theme) - Robert Wilsdon mix

Please have a listen to my latest album on Spotify: This is my reproduction of the theme to the 1984 movie ’Starman’ starring Jeff Bridges. Starman was a great, under rated sci-fi movie with a memorable soundtrack, all recorded using a Synclavier II I believe. My mix was recorded in November 2012 using Apple’s Logic with a few sounds from Camel’s Alchemy. First time ever to not use a pounding bass-line or electronic drum track! - don’t worry, they’re coming back. The video uses clips from the end sequence of Starman (tweaked, reversed, messed with etc) and a few bits from the end of 2001 A Space Odyssey, the brilliant ’stargate’ sequence - lots of mad motion graphics stuff produced 30 years before After Effects was invented.
