GlaxoSmithKline: GSK investigator warns over China - BBC News

A British corporate investigator who was jailed in Shanghai in relation to a massive corruption case against British pharmaceuticals giant GlaxoSmithKline -- has told the BBC he was shocked that he and his wife received a custodial sentence -- while senior GSK staff convicted of more serious charges -- did not. At the time the company did however pay fines of around $500 million.
