Turlock police arrest 17 in online child predator operation

Officials on Monday said they arrested 17 people in connection with an operation meant to catch online child predators. The operation aimed to draw in people seeking sexual activity with children, the Turlock Police Department said. All 17 were booked into the Stanislaus County Jail on felony sex-related charges.
