Canucks Prospect Joni Jurmo - The Unnamed Sports Show - Episode 77

Canucks prospect Joni Jurmo joins The Unnamed Sports Show with your host Joshua Griffith. Fresh off Canucks development Camp and a World Junior Silver Medal for Finland Joni is back with Jukurit to start the season. Joshua and Joni chat about his busy summer and some of his best moments from coming to Vancouver for the first time. From early morning Subway and getting his debit card declined to walking around the seawall, Joni enjoyed his time in the city. Then we moved on to the World Juniors in Edmonton and his call up to the Finnish Squad. Despite losing to Canada in the Gold Medal game Joni had a great experience and spoke about how great it was to win a Medal with people he had been playing with from a young age. The Silver Medal is safe at his home in Espoo thanks to his mom who framed it with his Jersey but he is looking ahead to this season. We end with some fun questions with me and Joni as I find out who his favorite superhero is if he prefers cats or dogs, and a whole lot more!
