Reaper Drone #Improvisation/#Performance using stock plugins only #drone #ambient #soundscape

My music: So, this is an experiment to see if Reaper has enough tools and instrument to create #ambient #drone music. I started by recording a bunch of samples from YouTube inside Reaper via HI-FI Cable (Free). I used classical music, drum solos, and everything i found interesting. Then i heavily edited, extracted, time-stretched, these samples and put them into long loops which Reaper was going to play over and over. I then put fx on each track (reaper’s stock plugins) and created a send/return reverb/delay track to glue together and a master limiter to increase output volume. I used my Ipad and TouchOsc to perform with faders and OBS to record audio and video.
