TriEssence Beginner’s introduction to Yiquan

This is a beginner’s introduction to Yiquan, a Chinese internal style founded by the famous master Wang Xiang Zhai. The aim of this video is not to teach Yiquan but merely serve as a basic guide to help people understand this system, which isn’t as well known in the west as most other Chinese styles.
