Hey Wrestler’s I know most of you are doing home practices so here’s a little something you can work on with, a Training Partner, Solo Wrestle, or a Throw Dummy.
Once you have learned this (Chain Wrestling Scenario) you can then proceed to Hand-fight with your Training Partner at 50% or enough resistance so you can still execute your series successfully.
Hopefully one day I will see you killing it with this Chain Wrestling Scenario at a Greco or Freestyle tournament.
Chain Wrestling Scenario
- Hand-fight to your Set-up.
- You Attempt an Arm-drag, but your opponent defends.
- Continue to Pummel in...
- You Head-swivel to a Body-lock then Throw for (4) points.
- Get your High-gut for (2) points then attempt another turn, but your opponent defends.
- Switch off to a Side-lift, Throw for (4) points.
