Кино - Спокойная ночь After the Chernobyl disaster began on 26th April 1986, between 260,000 and 600,000 men and women from both military and civilian agencies would be drafted into the initial cleanup operation that would last 10 months, doing jobs that ranged from cleaning the reactor building itself and constructing the ’Sarcophagus’, to demolishing irradiated villages and cleaning out abandoned apartment buildings. These workers would later be known as liquidators, after the Soviet designation of “Participant in liquidation of the Chernobyl NPP accident consequences“ I think this may be my longest video yet, and maybe a hundred of my oldest subs will remember the first time I used this song almost 6 years ago now.
