Armenian gampr dog is landrace mountain dog of Caucasus in territory of Armenia. Gampr is a local name for livestock guardian dog. They are ancient mountain dog which serve for thousands of years . The dog is big and powerful and it’s consistent a wolf crusher dog . Gampr is not a standard breed they are aboriginal mountain shepherd dog which has a closed related with Georgian Nagazi , Qurbasar it etc . Gampr is known for polymorphism variety of colours , shape , length of coat etc . Dogs are big 40- 60 kg They can leave 10 - 15 year old characteristic of archaic mountain watchdog The female produce 6- 8 puppies . Gamp is independent and stubborn .
