MS & CU as would be steeple-jacks are shown how to tie a ladder to stack by instructor Bob Fenn. MS Two pupils up stack. Establishing shot of pupils round stack. School started in 1963. Mostly for servicemen on resettlement course. 1 month training then onto site under supervision. For 9 months, when fully qualified pay is £35-£40 per week.
