Good LS. of the Houses of Parliament on a dull day taken from down river past Lambeth Bridge, some seagulls come into picture foreground. VS. Seagulls flying low over Thames. MCU. Seagulls scuffling around on calm waters surface. VS. Small car draws up and the passengers get out. They remove the dinghy from the boot of car and start to unpack it on the pavement.
