Action on track and stage from this special created-for-TV event, held at Donington Park on 20 October 1979 and broadcast the same afternoon on BBC Grandstand. F1 stars like Alan Jones and Patrick Tambay take on rally aces like Tony Pond and Ari Vatanen in a race in Triumph TR7s, then switch to a rally stage. Originally broadcast on BBC Grandstand, with commentary by Murray Walker. The start of the TR7 is sadly missing, and there are some occasional sound glitches in this recording.
