Wonder: Himeko’s Story (Original Music Composition by LorifyGE)

This work is a submission for the 2023 Honkai: Star Rail creator competition. The name of the song is called Wonder, inspired by a younger Himeko. “ Himeko was always filled with Wonder. It drove her, it filled her and it guided her. It was her secret obsession. She spent countless nights staring at the stars wondering where they began and ended. One curious night she encountered the Astral Express: a broken and wondrous machine. It promised her what she has always dreamt of, adventure. She fixes it and they begin their journey into the unknown. She meets many friends and companions along this path of exploration. Even though these friends might leave the express from time to time, Himeko was okay. Her heart has always been and will always be captivated and captured just by the wonder of it all. “ This track was inspired by Himeko and the wondrous journey she has. Some notes and melody progressions symbolize Himeko’s fascination, The Astral Express and her pilgrimage with her friends. We hope you enjoy this track and hope it inspires wonder in you!
