Noriko Matsubara - Teaching in the Global Pandemic - Japan

Noriko Matsubara is the owner and an English teacher of the small private school in Japan, ’英語教室 ’notogawa SKY’, in Higashiomi-shi, Shiga, Japan. She wants her students to communicate with, and learn about, children in other countries. Her students range from 1st to 12th grade. There are 1 to 7 children are in each class.
