FIRST turn you screen brightness up and change the video resolution to HD (gearwheel , lower right)! These video dives are from the reefs of the NE coast of Tobago, SE Caribbean. Beautiful benthic fauna, lots of fish, low seaweed abundance, and very healthy brain and plate-forming corals. These reefs are dominated by giant barrel sponges (Xestospongia muta) that grow into weird “clam-shapes“ rather than the usual barrel shape found elsewhere, perhaps because of the high current at these sites.
