The Sampayan is a tool that Dr. Simeon Lao, debuted at the recent FCS Winter Gathering. It is a tool that utilizes the principles of the Sarong, with the impact ability of the punyo. The Punyo can be used for impact and manipulation as well as pressure point application. The cord part can be cammed just as when using a Srong as taught in the FCS curriculum by Tuhona Ray Dionaldo. A very non assuming tool with very effective applications.
