40 min COMPACT FULL BODY KETTLEBELL Workout | Controlled & Explosive | No Repeat

In this 40 min COMPACT FULL BODY KETTLEBELL Workout | Controlled & Explosive | No Repeat , we will have a 8x bundle of 5x movements in total targeting the entire body . we will have a mixture of isolation, compound and abs/core movements. 4 movements of each bundle will be performed for 45 seconds and 1 explosive movement for 35 seconds and there will be a 20 seconds in between.
