In this 35 Min INTENSE FULL BODY DUMBBELL Workout | Controlled & Faster Sets ABS | NO Jump | No Repeat, we will be working with double-sets: two similar exercises, the first exercise will last for 45 seconds and should be performed with controlled form. The second exercise will last for 40 seconds and will be more explosive or faster-paced, with 20 seconds of rest in between. In total, we will be completing 18 double sets, amounting to 36 exercises.
The dumbbells that I am using are:
2x18kg (Red color on the screen)
2x10kg (yellow color on the screen)
2x5kg (Green color on the screen)
