Human Evolution - 4 Million Years in 5 Minutes - 4K

I‘ve tried to be as accurate as possible with the data available to me but there will be inaccuracies in the animation. This was more an exercise in motion graphics than an attempt to be completely historically accurate. The map shows migration patterns of Australopithecus, Homo habilis, Homo erectus, Homo neanderthalis and Homo sapiens together with representation of ice age glaciers and resulting sea level changes. Bear in mind that this is a blend of available data and is likely not 100% accurate since new discoveries are made all the time. There are also many species, including Denisovans that I did not have the time to include in this video but which I will add in a future revision. The science on this subject continues and new discoveries will be made. If you are an anthropologist with more accurate data, I would love to work together on a version 2.
