Caucasian Shepherd/Ovcharka; fear aggression, kennel entry, body language & trust building.

Rescue centre kennel entry and trust work with a fear aggressive Caucasian Shepherd. This is a training aid I use in presentations on behaviour work. This dog was displaying fear based defensive behavior at the rescue centre, getting into her kennel was proving difficult for anybody unfamiliar to her. This was the first time I went into her kennel to take her out for a walk so she could get to know me. Upon returning to her kennel I gave her the time and space to build up some trust in me. She was much more comfortable with me in the corner, but it was great to see her build confidence and get braver interacting with me. She went on to be adopted and is living a fantastic life. Adam -
