Femoral cannulation biomedicus, Minimally invasive valve surgery

Femoral cannulation technique for minimally invasive valve surgery utilizing a Seldinger technique. Of note, I do not routinely perform CT angiograms on my patients. I do pay close attention to quality of the artery as well as the passage of the wire and cannula. These need to be advanced effortlessly and without meeting an obstruction.
