E X O D U S | Official Trailer (DOOM 2016)

Hi, my name is Jooztin, and this is a remake of one of my old classic SnapMaps’ I created back in Doom 2016’s heyday. It’s being fully remade into parts that utilize a modding tool called: “Snaphak“ within the level editor: “SnapMap“ MAP ID: YJNKPCW2 (On DOOM SnapMap: Press the “Search“ button and input this ID into the search bar.) NOTES: #1: The version you see here in the video is the most is the Post Launch version of the map. #2: This map is constantly being updated as of the time I write this, any reports of bugs, feedback, etc. is greatly appreciated! #3: Most of all the gameplay & footage you see in this trailer was all captured in DOOM: SnapMap itself. #4: This trailer shows footage from “PART 1“ in this series of levels, and more will hopefully come out soon. #5: The level within this trailer was all made completely in: DOOM: SnapMap and is free to play right now! STORY: This level takes place directly after the events of DOOM: 2016. After the Slayer defeats the Spider-Mastermind, the invasion seemingly ends on the spot. Pulled by a portal tether by Dr. Samuel Hayden, the Slayer, finds himself face-to-face with the mysterious cyborg who has somewhat helped the Slayer with his mission. Although, Dr. Hayden had other plans, it seemed. After taking the crucible, he makes it clear that he will do anything to preserve the survival of the human race by whatever means necessary. He then sends the Slayer in what the Dr. thought to be stasis, but with the Slayer’s incorruptible power, he was able to fight back against the energy of stasis. The immense power of the Argent Energy radiating from the Slayers’ suit and the clashing power of the stasis beam split a gateway into a rift tunnel filled with demonic Hell Energy. The Slayer fell through this vast and far tunnel, battling the forces that flew within it. After some time, the Slayer was able to break free. The battle left his suit in tatters, his arsenal stripped from him entirely. After waking up and searching his surroundings, he found himself back on Mars, somewhere completely new to him.
