This 30 minute workout starts with core exercises, goes into glute exercises, then finishes with a combination of targeted exercises to get you the most out of this workout and the most burn for your time.

This workout is perfect to do 1-2 times per week, and is a great change up from our regular standing workouts as this one is 100% done on the floor (no up and down movement with this one!)
