It opens with images of prescription drugs being measured out to be given to patients by a pharmacist (:27). A boy lies on the ground in the play ground after misusing these same drugs as a teacher sprints to check on him (:38). Newspaper clippings appear to show the widespread drug problem (1:02). A montage follows of youth offering each other drugs (1:38) including one boy sniffing glue.
