AM90 Podcast - FR and Rampa take Berlin Continuing the audio homage to the Nike Air Max 90, the second podcast in Shawn Mortensen’s tour around Europe is now available for download. AM 90 Presents FR and Rampa in Berlin brings you the lowdown on the music scene in Berlin set against a soundtrack of FR’s articulate Hip Hop and Rampa’s flavour of techno. You’ll hear the inside story on an exclusive collaboration between the German Eminem, Hip Hop Sensation 18 year old FR and techno producer Rampa. F. R. - Fabian Römer - started with the RBA online platform, where MCs could battle each other via mp3 uploads. His clever lyrics combined with skills most rappers dreamed of stirred up the scene: no one could imagine a 12 year-old with this sense of flow and rhymes. FR joined forces with Rampa for a techno hip hop tour de force. The explosive and well-rounded Rampa is part of the Berlin based Terranova label, featuring artists such as Maximilian Skiba, &ME, Kaos, Lottergirls and of course Terranova. Legendary portrait photographer was on hand to document the process in celluloid and presents his experience of the artist and the city in his ’Snapshot’ feature.
