Surfer Drops 40 Feet in Insane Wipeout (Storyful, Crazy)

Professional surfer Tom Dosland was caught on camera during a scary freefall from a huge wave in Maui, Hawaii, on January 27. Dosland described the incident to Surfer Magazine later, saying that striking the face of the wave was “a brutal beating, like I was in a car crash.“ Thankfully, Dosland emerged unscathed, but his board was completely destroyed.
