40 min DYNAMIC Full Body Dumbbell Workout ( Combination Moves + ABS )
In this 40 min DYNAMIC Full Body Dumbbell Workout We will have a 4x bundle of 5x movements for 2x rounds in a row. There are going to be a lot of leg exercises involved so it can be quite intense. We will be performing each exercise for 40 seconds long and there will be a 15 seconds rest between the exercises and a 30 seconds rest after each 5x movements.
In this workout I am using a pair of 10KG Dumbbells.
