Pulled Chicken Burger with Coleslaw
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Chicken fillets 500 gms
-Paprika powder 2 tsp
-Brown sugar powdered 1 tbs
-Mustard powder 1 tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Oil 2 tsp
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
-Tomato ketchup 2 tbs
-BBQ sauce 3 tbs
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
-Onion powder 1 tsp
-Mixed herbs ¼ tsp
-Chicken stock ¼ Cup
Coleslaw:
-Mayonnaise 2-3 tbs
-Dahi (Yogurt) strained 2 tbs
-Apple cider vinegar 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
-Paprika powder ¼ tsp
-Honey 1 tsp
-Bund gobhi (Cabbage) grated 2 Cups
-Gajar (Carrot) grated ½ Cup
Assembling:
-Burger buns
-Cheese slice
-Cooked Chicken
-Coleslaw
Directions:
-Pound chicken fillets with steak/kitchen hammer.
-In bowl,add paprika powder,brown sugar,mustard powder,garlic powder,cumin powder,salt and mix well.
-Add chicken fillets,mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
-In grill pan/frying pan,add oil,place marinated chicken fillets and cook from both sides until done (4-5 minutes each side).
-Rest it for 5 minutes and shred chicken fillets & set aside.
-In the same frying pan,add onion and sauté until translucent.
-Add tomato ketcup,BBQ sauce,salt,black pepper crushed,onion powder,mixed herbs,chicken stock and mix well.
-Add shredded chicken,mix well and cook for 2 minutes & set aside.
For Coleslaw:
-In bowl,add mayonnaise,yogurt,apple cider vinegar,salt,paprika powder,honey and mix well.
-Add cabbage,carrot,mix well & set aside.
Assembling:
-On burger bun,place cheese slice,cooked chicken,coleslaw and top with bun & serve.

-Bowl mein paprika powder,brown sugar,mustrard powder,lehsan powder,zeera powder aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chicken fillets dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
-Grill pan/frying pan mein oil aur marinated chicken fillets dal dein aur dono sides sa pak janay tak paka lein (4-5 minutes each side).
-5 minutes kliya chor dein aur chicken fillets ko shred ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Us he frying pan mein pyaz dal ker translucent hunay tak sauté ker lein.
-Tomato ketchup,BBQ sauce,namak,kali mirch crushed,onion powder,mixed herbs aur chicken stock dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Shredded chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2 minutes kliya paka lein & side per rakh dein.
For Coleslaw:
-Bowl mein mayonnaise,dahi,apple cider vinegar,namak,paprika powder aur honey dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Bund gobhi aur gajar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
Assembling:
-Burger bun per cheese slice,cooked chicken,coleslaw dal ker top bun rakh dein & serve karein.
