Unexpected Windy conditions - Start of the Double Elimination - PKRA China 2012

Fifth day competition in Haikou, China, saw unexpected winds blowing during the late afternoon, allowing the riders to start the double eliminations of the 2012 PKRA in China, up to the top 5 position in the men’s ladder.
