AX Armani Exchange Milan returned to winning ways by edging Panathinaikos OPAP Athens 75-76 in the Greek capital on Friday. Milan improved 18-8 to remain third in the standings while Panathinaikos dropped to 7-19. Malcolm Delaney paced the winners with 15 points.
