Syria: EMERCOM aircraft delivers 20 tons of humanitarian aid

A Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations (EMERCOM) Il-86 plane carrying 20 tons of humanitarian aid landed at Latakia airport on Friday night. Syrian workers unloaded the supplies, which included canned meat, fish, milk and sugar, as well as blankets and other essentials.
