STRETCH & RELAX: stretch with me...🧘 | Strength, Flexibility & Mobility

TODAY: Happy Friday! It’s almost 2024... let’s celebrate this in our last stretch & relax session 2023! But don’t worry, on Monday in 2024, I’ll be back ❤️. Let’s stretch our legs, maybe using a ball or a chair as props? And what about those balance poses? The insect pose, the crow pose... we gotta work on those again! And of course our classics, the splits, the plow pose, the puppy pose, the down dog, the frog pose and much more! Enjoy! ------- We might use props, like a chair, bands, dumbbells, gliders, ankle weights, a magic circle, an aerobic stepper, a Pilates ball, a big exercise ball, my power tower, yoga blocks… but if you do not have any of that, don’t worry; I’ll always give alternatives. Same goes for high impact or very advanced exercises. I will always strive to give you different versions to chose from, so you can adjust the workout to your needs, as we are all different and therefore have different needs! Workout
