Note 1: in the video, I imply that Black Dog isn’t available before the Observation Tower. While this is untrue, since all you need to access the Arena is the Roc Wing from Camilla, my baseline assumption is that if you can clear the Arena, then you should already be capable of easily clearing the Observation Tower, making Neptune/Black Dog redundant. Note 2: in the video, I say that if the Arena is being skipped then Uranus is irrelevant. I should have added that if Uranus is skipped, then Neptune/Cockatrice would take its place as a mandatory pick-up because of Dracula’s comet attack in phase 1 of form 2. Also, if Uranus is skipped, Thunderbird can also be skipped.
