Cosmos Sugar Flower Tutorial (Gumpaste / Flower Paste)

In this video I show you how to make a delicate cosmos sugar flower out of gumpaste / flower paste. I love cosmos for their paper thin and translucent petals and so the key to this tutorial is making sure you roll out your paste super thin. I also show you how to make a realistic calyx and leaves using wire and floral tape. There are many different colour variations for cosmos so once you have mastered the basic shape, you can have a play with different colour combinations.
