Traeger Grills | Smoked St Louis Style Ribs Recipe
So I finally completed the move to the new house and wanted to smoke some ribs as the first cook in the house. I decided to show you how I make ribs and I even show you my go to BBQ sauce that everyone loves. Enjoy
Grill temp was set to 225 degrees Fahrenheit.

Mothers BBQ Sauce
1 15 oz can Tomato sauce
1 jar of peach preserves.
2 cups ketchup
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c molasses
1/4 c mustard
2 tbs lemon juice
2 tbs Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp granulated garlic
1-3 chipolte peppers in adobo sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Blend well and heat on smoker. Or on stove with liquid smoke added to taste.
