CartaPesta or Papier Mache Sculpture for the classroom - Part 2

This is a relatively simple model using a stick for an armature and a straight up and down body with the only detailing to the head. This makes it fast and easy - it took me (Minus drying time) about three hours to complete. It’s important to plan where the paper layers will go before you put them on as working the paper after it has been added will certainly ruin it. So place the layers and leave well alone. At the end of the day it’s the randomness that is part of the attraction.
