ACM Overhaul V6 - Hangar scene with a Smart Gun

Oh how I hate you Keyes.. The Smart Gun now has a small chance of spawning at large ammo caches throughout the campaign! The chance is very low for one to spawn so you might not always get one, which will hopefully help with replayability. The mod is almost ready now, with just some balancing to go however I am taking my time with this version to ensure it feels polished and as bug free as possible
