Psi-Yoga Stretch (From Psi-Yoga meditation DVD of )

This is a meditation meant to rebalance the nervous system and connect the respiratory wave and the midbrain. Make sure you have plenty of water as you meditate. Notice fine impulses occurring as yuo listen to the music. If you have been traumatized or hold the memory of pain or conflict, make sure you take a 45 minute salt bath afterwards (4-5 pounds of regular salt). Enjoy.
