The Ascott Limited signed an agreement with the Overseas Cambodian Investment Corporation (OCIC) for management of the Somerset Diamond Bay Garden Phnom Penh in Koh Pich on March 26, 2024. The Somerset Diamond Bay Garden is an upcoming 37-floor high-rise residential development that overlooks the Mekong River.
