The magic of photography is determined by the possibility of deciphering, revealing and allowing us to know the world that they provide. Who better to talk to about photos? Of course to an artist like Artak, a young photographer and true member of the Mirzoyan Library – city’s cultural center and meeting place. It’s easier to find Artak at work and parties, than at home. He came here once, then stayed for long and still works here. In the artistic setting of the library, reading old albums, we can slowly talk to him about photos and dreams. There are a lot of benefits to speaking slowly. Photographs have the capacity to capture events that cannot be told, that are deemed unrepresentable, which is why we would rather not speak of them.
