Ingredients:
5 1/2 ounces of sushi grade (cooked) octopus
1/4 an onion
Half a tablespoon of vinegar
Two pinches of salt
One tablespoon of olive oil
A little paprika

Recipe:
1. Cut the onion into 1/4 sized portion.
2. Mince the portioned onion.
3. Put the minced onion into a small bowl of water
4. Cut the octopus diagonally
5. Arr
