Chia Pudding with Fresh Fruits #Shorts

Chia seeds are super healthy and filled with omega-3s, fiber and protein. This chia pudding is so easy to make. It is creamy, satisfying and delicious ~ a perfect healthy breakfast or afternoon snack. Ingredients for 1-2 servings 1/4 cup (42 g) chia seeds 1 cup (240 ml or about 245 g) milk of your choice Sweetener of your choice (honey/ maple syrup) Fresh fruits/ nuts/ granola for topping ~ Combine chia seeds, milk and sweetener. Ratio of chia seeds to milk is 1 to 4. Cover and store in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight until the texture becomes softer and creamier. Soaked seeds can be refrigerated for a few days, so you can make a big batch and slowly consume it during the week.
