Dare-Devil Cameraman (1933)

“This is the end of the ’plane on which our Cameraman fixed his Camera to get a new viewpoint.“ M/S of a cameraman being strapped onto the tail of a plane. Part of the word painted on the side of the plane is visible “DAUGHE...“ The camera is strapped firmly to the plane as is “Daring Dan“. He looks through the lens of the camera, checking that it is lined up. L/S of the plane “Daugherty“ readable in full. As the plane moves off we can see a hanger with the words “Earl S. Daugherty School of Aviation.“ painted over the top. The plane takes off - a dog runs after it. Shot of the biplane in flight. In the air a stuntman hangs off the bottom of the plane upside down. We then see our cameraman’s point of view shot. “Over and over, but the Cameraman turns on.“ Shots of the plane doing a loop-the-loop.
