1 kg flour
6 g dry yeast
20 g salt
20 g sugar
600 g cold water
90 g olive oil
2 tbsp tomato paste
Tomatoes

Basil leaves

1. Sift 1 kg of flour into a large bowl
2. Add 6 g of dry yeast, 20 g of salt, 20 g of sugar, 600 g of COLD water
3. Stir the mixture with a spoon until dough forms
4. Place the dough on the work surface
5. Knead for about 5 minutes
6. Gradually add 90 g of olive oil
7. Continue kneading for 10 minutes
8. If the dough is very sticky, add a small amount of flour
9. The dough should be smooth and elastic
10. Divide into 6 pieces
11. Form each
