Gazpacho is a summer thing, so make it while you can, enjoy it while you can, and customize while you can! All the ingredients are in season so go grab em while they’re here.I always try to serve mine with a savory toast point or some variation of herbed cracker, but let me know in the comments what you would garnish your Gazpacho with! Ingredients:
4-5 cups of diced watermelon
3-4 ripe tomatoes
1 large cucumber
3 tbsp chopped cilantro
1/2 of a red or white onion
3-4 banana peppers
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp chili powder (optional)
3-4 tbsp olive oil - Graza Olive Oil:
salt to taste
