Corn starch 2tsp Fresh Cream 2tbsp 2tbsp Water as required Onions 3no Cashew nuts 12 to 15 no’s Melon seeds 1tbsp Curd 2 tbsp Oil 2tbsp 1tbsp for drizzling Bay leaf 2no’s Cloves 2 to 4 no’s Ginger julienne 1inch for garnish Slit Green chilies 3 to 4 no’s Kasuri methi 1tsp for garnish Mint powder ½ tsp White pepper 1tsp Method 1. In a bowl add chicken, ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper powder, cardamom powder, grated cheese and mix it well 2. Now add corn starch, fresh cream and mix it well. Keep it aside. 3. In a kadai add water, onions, cashew nuts & char magaz ,let it get boil. 4. Once it’s boiled properly strain it. 5. Take grinder jar, add the strained mixture & curd and grind it well and keep a side. 6. In a kadai add oil, bay leaf, cloves let it cook for a while 7. Mean while add water in jar and grind it again 8. Now add ginger julienne, slit Green chilies ,prepared mixture & mix it well 9. Cover it with a lid and let the gravy cook for 20 mins 10. In a baking tray add oil, marinated chicken drizzle some more oil from the top and let it cook in an oven for 15 mins. 11. Remove the chicken from the oven and keep it aside. 12. Once the gravy is cooked properly add kasuri methi, mint powder, black pepper powder, cardamom powder, white pepper powder, water as required and mix it well. 13. Now add chicken to the gravy, fresh cream, salt and mix it well. 14. Finally remove it in a serving bowl and garnish it with kasuri methi, black pepper powder, ginger julienne and grated cheese and serve hot.
